infoXpert has recently released an update for the integration with the Civica Authority NAR (Name & Address Register) and the infoXpert eDRMS.
A major benefit of the integration is that it saves time by enabling users to display Name & Addresses from Civica Authority within an infoXpert Correspondent lookup when registering documents. When the user selects the name & address it automatically populates the infoXpert Correspondent fields including Surname, City, etc. with data from Authority.
The enhancements to the integration developed by infoXpert include:
- Data Cleansing – remove additional spaces and special characters
- Integrate with Authority AUNRTITL table (which contains the titles used for the contents of the NAR e.g. Mr or Mrs, Company as well as custom titles a site may have configured) and AUNRPOST table containing the preferred postal addresses
- Improve performance by limiting lookups to display the first 500 characters
- Increase the size of the Title, Email and URL fields within the infoXpert Correspondent property set to match the column sizes within Authority
