infoXpert is currently investigating its own direct integration to Civica Authority with the development of a separate infoXpert Enhanced Hot Folder Service.
A key feature of the planned infoXpert Enhanced Hot Folder Service is to capture the external documents generated by Authority and save directly into infoXpert eDRMS without your organisation having to install a separate Civica Authority integration module or rely on Civica providing its own integration module.
We invite infoXpert customers using Civica Authority to participate by completing a brief questionnaire relating to the external documents that they generate within the Authority software and how they would like to automatically capture these documents within infoXpert eDRMS. Contact infoXpert Support and request a copy of the Integration Questionnaire – then email back the completed forms so that your requirements can be considered as part of the development process!
