As part of our ongoing commitment to Customer Service Excellence we are always exploring new ways of enhancing our communication with our customers.
We recently sent a survey to customers asking for their feedback on their preferred notification method on the latest product news, updates and features from infoXpert.
The results of the survey were:
Question 1: Newsletter sent via email OR infoXpert Blog?
60% of respondents said that subscribing to the infoXpert Blog was the preferred method.
Question 2: Annual User Group Meetings or Online Webinars?
71% of respondents said that regular Online Webinars was preferred.

Simply add your email to the “Email Subscription” widget on the right of the screen and click “Sign Me Up”.)
We plan to trial Online Webinars covering a wide range of topics in the near future. However, we would still like to incorporate a User Group meeting for “face to face” discussions and networking – this is more likely to be an Australian wide meeting (rather than state based) and possibly adjoining a major event (e.g. RIMPA conference).
