Amlib & infoXpert Online Service Request

The Online Service Request Management System is available to Australian customers of the infoXpert
eDRMS, Amlib Library Management System and InfoVision eDRMS.

It provides the following facilities to customers with a valid Software Support Agreement:

Submit Request for Service:
Enables customers to submit requests online. All requests are automatically assigned a unique Request
ID for tracking, and forwarded to a Support officer for review.
