Amlib & infoXpert Online Service Request |
The Online Service Request Management System is available to Australian customers of the infoXpert eDRMS, Amlib Library Management System and InfoVision eDRMS. It provides the following facilities to customers with a valid Software Support Agreement: Submit Request for Service: Enables customers to submit requests online. All requests are automatically assigned a unique Request ID for tracking, and forwarded to a Support officer for review.
