The Document Viewer for Windows Desktops allows most electronic documents to be viewed using a single
viewer screen without having the need for the originating Office Automation program installed on the PC to
view the document

By providing instant access to documents from over 200 native document formats, the Document Viewer
enables users to display documents that have been created using applications that are not installed on
their desktop. This is especially important for older electronic document formats (e.g. Wordstar,
Multi-mate, etc.) where existing applications such as MS Word no longer support these formats! Since
native applications are not needed to open the files, the Document Viewer reduces costs, simplifies
deployment and improves security.
