Using infoXpert eDRMS / ECM with an Apple iPad

The Apple iPad provides an easy way to search/access documents and folders within the infoXpert eDRMS in a portable tablet format.

Example scenarios:

  • In meetings – department manager searches for all letters relating to a specific issue
  • At conferences – whilst away from the office view all new In-Tray documents 
  • Field officer tasks – field officer completes a customer request task assigned to them
  • Offsite plans & drawing access– officer views planning documentation relating to a specific property

Tip: Update Your Link to the infoXpert Support Portal

Back in April we advised customers that we had moved our support portal to a brand new address: http://support.infoxpert.com.au.

The infoXpert Support Portal provides customers with a comprehensive knowledge base featuring updated manuals, “how to” guides, training documentation and software updates / downloads.

For customers that have a link to the infoXpert Support Portal (often displayed as IX Support) from their infoXpert eDRMS Portal Home Page you should update the portal gadget with the new URL.
