The Document Navigator module for Windows makes it easy for users to quickly read the content from a list of documents in infoXpert .

Key features include:

  • Scroll and view from a list of selected documents without having to open/close each document individually
  • Enhanced summary display of document properties and meta data
  • Add/view document comments and associations whilst viewing documents
  • Integrated links to apply/view workflow
  • Route document via user's email program (e.g. Outlook) with access to local Address Book
  • Generate Auto Response Letter via Auto Response Generator module
  • Quick search & display function

The infoXpert  Document Navigator displays all documents using the native program installed on the user's desktop. Optional plugins are available to extend the capabilities of the module including:

QuickView Plus Viewer Plugin

Enables documents to be viewed within the infoXpert Document Navigator without the original software installed on the user's desktop. By providing instant access to documents from over 200 native document formats, the Viewer plugin enables users to display documents from older electronic document formats where existing applications such as MS Word no longer support these formats!

PDF Annotations & Image View Plugin (announced for 2009)

Apply annotations and redlining to PDF documents with annotations saved as separate files which "overlays" the original PDF without altering the original document. The image controls (zoom, rotate, etc.) makes it easy for users to view high resolution images and photographs.
