Reporting Module

The ability to provide comprehensive reports and statistics is an essential requirement for key stakeholders of an Enterprise Document, Records & Content Management system. Flexible reports that can filter by date range, user group and department workspaces enable users to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for document management, workflow and customer request management functions within their organisation.

The infoXpert  Reports Module offers comprehensive web based reporting & statistical analysis across the infoXpert eDRMS, with a range of features including:

  • Save reports as native PDF, Excel, HTML, RTF or Text formats
  • Report outputs automatically save as documents within infoXpert
  • Select / customise parameters when running reports
  • Integrated security for Document & Folder reports - report only displays records that a user has security to access
  • Flexible report menu with the ability to configure specific reports to be accessible by Public (all users), Personal (specific user) and User Group (all users within a group)
  • Document & Folder reports (including correspondence lists)
  • Workflow & Request reports (including KPIs and overdue tasks)
  • Administration & Statistical reports (including document statistics)
